Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below and in our Delivery Section. We recommend you also read our Privacy policy. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

Terms and conditions of use

1. Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site as set out on the site, are set by Toadally Equine.co.uk Delivery will be charged on an order by order basis, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only for delivery to addresses in mainland United Kingdom.

Toadally Equine accepts your order once you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive this email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Credit and Debit Card Payments
All card payments are processed on behalf of Toadally Equine by PayPal. All prices shown on this website already include a 2.9% charge to cover the costs of this processing, and the total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method.

2. Your right to cancel your order

You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are delivered to you.

If you wish to cancel your order you can either phone us on 01845 523574 (lines are open 10am - 5pm weekdays) or email us by CLICKING HERE (*exclusions apply).

In some cases we may be unable to prevent your order from being dispatched to you. If so we will arrange at our expense for the goods to be collected at your convenience (see our returns and refunds policy).

3. Our Returns and Refunds Policy

If goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged upon delivery we will exchange the product or issue a refund of the full price (including any delivery charge). We will arrange for the goods to be collected by our nominated delivery carrier at our own expense, and meet the cost of any subsequent delivery of replacement items.

With regard to items that become faulty after delivery, naturally, if the item simply falls apart then we would exchange or refund the customer, however, if the item has been "abused" in a way not recommended by the manufacturer or has been used to the point it falls apart, then we would not be in a position to refund or exchange items.

If you are not satisfied with any goods for any other reason you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery (*exclusions apply). We will exchange or refund the full price (less any delivery charge) of any items returned to us, provided they are unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. We will also require proof of purchase, such as your original sales invoice. We will arrange for the goods to be collected by our nominated delivery carrier and charge the cost of collection to you.

Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, it is regretted that we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).

Refunds will be made by debiting your credit or debit card, or by cheque within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

* Exclusions: excludes products made to specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. General
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Toadally Equine.

Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full before booking any fitters and contractors.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on this website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between us.

In these terms and conditions:-

" Toadally Equine " means, Toadally Equine and any successor to its business, and as the context allows, any other connected entity that supplies the goods ordered by you;

"We" and "Us" means Toadally Equine either alone or together with you, as the context requires;

"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English bank, statutory and public holidays;

"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
